Maintaining a consistent Quality of Life
If your looking for quality of life then you will want to read this article. My three main points are putting yourself first in life - selfish is not a bad trait because if you can't look after yourself, don't expect others to do it for you. You need to prioritize things like time and how you manage it, both on-time and off-time. I'm going to get out of the "I'm supposed to do this now" thinking and give myself a mental break. We all need to take care of ourselves and creating a regular system in the best way to revitalize yourself. Part of the system I use is the habit of having a 1 hour cycle once a week and it allows me to unwind and be with myself in peace and tranquility on country by roads that are quiet and peaceful to help my well being. So time and exercise are important parts in a good quality of life, plus good sleep quality. A good nights sleep, granny said is better than a trip to the doctor. Granny also said that 1 hour before Midnight is better than 2 hours after midnight in terms of general well being. So I say, on a score of a scale 1-10, how would you score on the three elements mentioned, time management, exercise and sleep.
Social Quality of Life
Quality of life is a broad concept related to overall well-being within a society. The concept goes beyond living conditions approach, which tends to focus on material resources (money, access to goods and services) available to individuals and takes account of indicators such as happiness, the freedom to choose one's lifestyle and subjective well-being. The concept is thus mulch-dimensional, and measured by both objective and subjective indicators. Whereas objective indicators of living standards are easily measurable, it is more difficult to assess the subjective measures. However, these form an integral part of an individual's perception of quality of life, and more data on them is needed for social policies and program mes.
